TECHNICAL OFFICE
The rapid development of manufacturing technologies requires constant and careful planning, both to improve the products already in use, both for creating new ones. The continuous dialogue with our customers has meant that our technical department, equipped with the most modern computer systems, has developed (together with the most important constructors) vanguard products which meets the different needs.

WORKSHOP
The careful control of the incoming materials and the scrupulous selection of the suppliers, means that assembly problems and the production stops are minimized, so as to be always enabled to carry out in a short time the orders, ensuring the satisfaction of the customer.

RAW MATERIAL STOCKS
In the warehouse not only the incoming goods are stored and managed but also the internal manufactured components.
To every order is assigned a production lot and customer number in order to assure an eventual personalization of the accessories.

INJECTION MOULDING
the wide range of injection molding machines allows an easy adaptation of each mould to the most appropriate machine.
Technical experts follow every step of the production process and ensure a constant quality of the moulded parts.

ASSEMBLY
After a series of accurate assembly, performed by qualified personnel, the tighteners are assembled by means of automatic lines and rigorously tested, faithfully reproducing the conditions of work which will be applied to the product when applied to the machine that it's assigned.

SHIPPING DEPARTMENT
the shipping department, which is related directly to the Administrative Offices, keeps the relationship with the transport companies and prepares the packaging using boxes and wooden pallets for easy loading and unloading of the goods after reached their destination.
